The hotel's location was fantastic, within walking distance of all the attractions and close to the center of the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay pleasant and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-sized, offering great value for the price.

The hotel had an amazing service and luxurious amenities. the room was comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. They provided an exclusive massage service which was so relaxing, along with a swimming pool that had stunning views on the sun terrace. There were also incredible buffet breakfasts and special diets.
The only minor issue that bugged me was the paid internet. Nowadays, it should be free, especially in such luxury hotels.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in an excellent location. The staff were so cute and helpful, especially Juan, Antoni, and the lady at the reception. The facilities were great, including a spacious room with a comfortable bed, a nice restaurant, and a lovely outdoor patio with a swimming pool. The location was perfect, with easy access to Puerto Madero and other attractions in the city. It was also a very safe area. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Buenos Aires.
